Just came back from Fun, Ellyne and Pamela's place across the street. they had a Navigator's MAF gathering tonight..
so many ppl, and so much food :D yummy~
irene was there too, and she cooked the mee rebus using the paste that i bot for her household..hehz..nice...and there were fried noodles, claypot rice, curry, roast chicken, char siew, eggs, spaghetti, spring rolls, some cold red bean pastry, muah chee....and not forgetting.....MOONCAKES

was introduced to quite a few ppl there..talked a little..had a mini lantern-making competition...i cld roughly remembered how we used to make lanterns out of ang paos in pri/sec school, and so decided to try it just now...din come out the way i want it to be...but it's good enuff i guess...
too bad i do not have the cable to transfer the pictures from my new Three-G phone to my laptop yet..otherwise..i can upload the pic of my team's creation...heee

was fun overall..thou i din socialise alot..just not in the mood to interact on MAF...
third time in Auz to spend MAF....have missed going back to hwachong for MAF for the 3rd time in a row....i miss MAF in hwachong..i miss the lighting of the lanterns...i miss mass dance...i miss our class bench...i miss s69...
sigh.

everyone everywhere is looking at the same moon at the same time...the moon is the only thing that you have in common with ur loved ones who r not with u at this moment...it is the only way of communicating with them...thru the moon...

anyway...lots of things were going thru my mind the whole night..i mean, i did enjoy myself at Fun's place just a while ago...but thinking back..so many things have happened...since the first MAF tat i spent in Auz...
can still vividly rem how we all spent MAF together at Jiew's place 2 yrs ago...and yeah, Allan wa supposed to develop this pic of me with candles all ard...ohhh...tat was so long time ago...
last yr...hmm..cant really rem how i spent MAF...all i can rem is tat we went to springvale with chen hoe to get cheap mooncakes after MAF...wow...i wonder if chen hoe still remembers..hahah
this yr, i spent MAF with a huge bunch of ppl ... most of which are unfamiliar faces..but who cares...at least i din spend the night by myself... :)
but i miss home...it has been 3 yrs since i last ate my favourite mooncake from this pastry shop in tiong bahru...arghh...was talking to Kian just now, and realised he grew up in Outram Park, and he used to go to Tiong Bahru market quite frequently too...and yeah, we were talking abt the infamous 'ju kuey' which everybody knows abt...

oh yeah....there was this kid there at the gathering too..only a year old and he was walking ard..trying to lay his hands on wadever food he cld find..hahah..so cute...and he was so amazed by my camera phone and he actually unzipped my bag all my himself just to get the phone out...heeez...so adorable....hmm....just made me feel like being a mum and having one of my own....hahaha...hmm, sometimes i wonder if i will ever be able to give birth to my own kids, and if i do...when will tat be..haha...25 is my ideal age to get married, but i guess tats too impractical...tats only 4 years away...how to find a guy, date, and get married in the next 4 years?
hahaha...
ah well..there goes my dream...
anyway...
this is my last time in Auz to spend MAF i think..better make the most out of it...
