A quick one.
In Caulfield library now, waiting for Jon to finish his 1st exam pp. Have been in the lib since 3pm, studied COM 3020. Tot I shld start abit of revision on this subject, considering the fact that I wun be touching it till the 2nd of Nov, after which I have 8 days before COM 3060 and COM 3020 to piah.
Sigh.
Exam period drains you the most. Not only are exams stressful, assignments and tests which are due this week are just a killer. Had the last assessment for this semester (aprt from the much-hated exams) today - Jap Speaking Test.
Did not finish this last assessment smoothly I wld say, although everything was fine at the end.
Supposed to meet up with my speaking-mate at 1pm, but she was a bit late. Made some amendments to our script, and went up to the Jap Noticeboard to check the venue for the test. 2 rms were allocated from 1-2pm, and ours was at 1:40. Decided to try our luck and waited outside one of the rooms. Guess luck is not on our side. After waiting for abt 10 mins, we realised that we were waiting outside the wrong room, when we checked with the tutor. Wen tto the other room, and anote on the door said it has been changed to S429. Somehow, anxiety got hold of us, and the 2 of us actually misread it as W429. And yeah, waited outside for another 10 mins, before the 2 silly pigs knocke don the door. Checked with another tutor, and realised its South, and not West 429. Rushed to S429, and waited for another 10 mins.
Eventually, had ours at 2-ish when it was originally scheduled at 1:40.
To make things worse, our invigilator was Sato sensei - the fiercest every Jap tutor in the department I reckon. Both of us tot we wld surely be reprimanded for making such stoopid mistakes. But to our relief, she din mention a thing.
Haha. Guess everything went well in the end.
