Super relaxing night yesterday.
Salsa lesson for the pageants @ Sheares Hall was cancelled last night. so met up with jon instead.
Some window-shopping @ Bugis Village b4 indulging in the Ban Mian @ the hawker centre.
The 'Famous Singapore Rojak' was satisfyingly spicy. As proven by the beads of sweat dripping down our foreheads and the 2 large glasses of fruit juices.
Attempted to do some CNY clothes/shoes shopping @ Bugis, but to no avail. Nothing much caught my attention. Good. can save $.
And i need some1 to help me with my ear-ring! It bled after Jon tried in vain to remove it. i seriously have a phobia of piercing ear-holes/putting ear rings/the idea of having my ear or any part of my body pierced.
i was terrified when i had to go to the toilet and wiped the blood off. u know, like ur heart racing, and ur fingers trembling. the tinge of fear running down ur spine. its really a phobia. it has proven to be yesterday. i almost felt dizzy and even wanted to tear.
the last time i tried changing it when i was back in melb, i actually felt sooooo giddy tat i had to take a short rest b4 continuing.
i even tot it was due to a lack of food and stuffed myself with some biscuits.
now i know its becos of the phobia.
The phobia of ear holes. Who can believe this?
argh. i need help!
anyway. gross details aside. shall cont on with the 'date' last nite.
chilled @ Munchkin Love @ the alley that leads u from bugis to shaw. same concept as settlers cafe @ chinatown. board-games-cafe kindda concept. imported board games from US.
nice.
amused ourselves with the balloon game. think it relies a lot on luck. cos i lost to Jon in 2 consecutive rounds! wtf.
hahahaha.
walked past that alley of shophouses for the umpteenth time, but for the 1st time last night, i noticed there is this Liang Seah Serviced Apartments upstairs. Cool. Even the reception lobby looks posh.
Enquired with the security guard and guess how much is the rental. 2.7k per mth for a 1-room apartment!
*&^^$#@)(#$@
My god.
I wld rather use that kindda money to start paying off the instalments for my own condo.
But like wad Jon said, its prolly more for expats, who can easily earn up to 10k per mth.
Sigh.
10k. do i actually have a chance to climb to that kindda magerial position?
wa ha ha. hur hur hur.
*dream on gal*
dreaming ... ...
