with only a few hrs of sleep on friday night, i sprang up on sat morning, with only 20 mins to shower and get ready before josh arrived to pick me up on a planned shopping trip.
it was the sunniest day thus far since i got back 2 weeks ago.
we, or more like, i, began the day by being ripped off in an optical shop. carelessly, i did not check how many boxes of contact lens i have left in melby before leaving for sg, and thus did not replenish my stock. so i had to purchase a box of soflens for aud$80, when i could have gotten it back in sg for a mere sgd$35. argh. no point complaining anymore.
settled at a cafe/restaurant for some french toast & egg benedict brekkie. awesome! cosy little place on swan st with couches filled with all sizes of cushions. perfect place to laze ard. but we did not, considering i have quite a list of agenda to fulfill for that day.
headed straight to diana ferrari's factory outlet and grabbed the size 6 grey heels (the one i have been contemplating whether i shld get since the last time i tried it a couple of mths ago). adjourned to chapel st for more shopping spree.
troddled along the streets with the main intention of looking for a scarf to act as a belt for my mphosis trench coat. somehow or rather, huishan absentmindedly lost the belt when she got that for me on my 21st bday. we found no scarf, but instead, i added a few more shopping bags' of clothes.
got myself a black top from bardot & a pair of Grab jeans for $40. it was a darn bargain even thou there is a massive rip at the back of the jeans. time for my creativity juices to flow as i think of ways to cover up the hole ;)
supre was having some sale and bot a couple of items from them too.
i.am.broke.
no more shopping i promise.
not until just before i leave auz for good.
i need to scrimp and save!!
