"hmm...cant rem what happened the next few days...but i cant forget the durian gelati at lygon...and roche! jon said i have the weirdest taste for ice-creams: roche and durian at lygon; mango and coffee at e.g. cafe (thou i had only 1 scoop of coffee at the end); and super fudge brownie and watermelon at purple stone. the watermelon was fabulous! even had real watermelon fruits inside! ~mmmmmmmmm~~~~~ hahahahahah
oh ya, had the interview with SBS Radio for my COM 3060 - The Practising Consultant major project...shucks...need to prepare for my presentation soon! but the interview went quite well...learnt alot of interesting stuff, and different perspectives of PR....
then brought Jon to try Boba Pearl..he has nv been there b4...hmmm....love the char tow kuay there...not like the one we have back in Sg, but i guess its good enuff...come'on, its auz, cant ask for alot u know...
went Burwood KMart shooping with Jon too...bot my 3M stickers to stick my mirror, finally, i can look myself in a full mirror properly, since i stick it up last night.... :) dun call me vain k....."

"Had dinner with Jon last night at this place near Glen on Blackburn Road. 1st time I saw roti prata/chanai in Auz cooked by a Chinese.. hehz ;p wanted to have that, but we realised we were too full to eat anything else after dinner.
Then off to Taipei Delight to buy mooncake. Oh man. Maybe its characteristic of Taiwan. They have so many innovative mooncakes...hahah...flavours that you never thought you can have in mooncakes....like mango, pineapple, red bean, green tea, peach etc etc..and guess wad, the small mooncakes are moulded in Hello Kitty's face shape. Hahaha..so cute...din bear to eat it...hehz ;p
Bot the pineapple, mango and red bean ones..Have only eaten the pineapple one...tasted damn nice man..but each small one costs $2, so I din wanna buy too many...
Then had three colour drink at this vietnamese restaurant..haha...ya...we just went in to drink...din order any food...quite embarassing actually...hahah..
Was deciding between coming hm to watch Mean Girls and going down to city for karaoke...Allan was kind enuff to offer to drive me hm after karaoke if i do go ...but I know he wasnt in the mood to sing too..so decided not to trouble him. Politely rejected his offer, and wished Evelyn and Lai happy b'day.
Watched Mean Girls....think Lindsay Lohan is pretty..18 years old, and she is oredi earning big bucks in hollywood...damn...."

anyway...enjoyed myself today :)
it was relaxing, yet fulfilling and satisfying ...
din wake up as early like usual...slept slightly more...went to maccas for brekkie with jon in the morning...and headed straight to matheson to do some work...was a bright and sunny day...too bad i was cheated by the weather forecast which said 11-16 degrees, so i wore a long-sleeved top with my MNG jacket...darn...i cld have worn my sleeveless top...! ah well..
studied for a few hrs and decided to go down to St Kilda for some savoury desserts...had a coconut slice while jon bot himself a choco waffle..yummy...cldnt finish my slice thou..damn sweet..
but it was nice... :)
walked ard and went into a few shops which sell many funky-looking items...especially this shop called 'Urban Attitude'...super funky...was very amazed by the many things tat they sell..retro bags, interesting toys, cool figurines etc etc...spent a good 15 mins in the shop going thru most of the stuff we saw on the shelves ..
hmm...acland street - where we were this afternoon at St Kilda, somehow just reminded me of the streets of Byron Bay...especially with all the shops selling ice-cream, fruit juice and not forgetting the fish-and-chips ... its just so....'byron bay'...
argh.
but i like byron bay...
it cld have been my favourite holiday destination...but im not too sure now...yeah, the place was heaven...but its kindda hard for me not to take the memories into account...
enuff said.
anyway....
went back to library and studied till 10pm...walked back home and had indo mee, followed by a warm shower ...

Did a whole day of Psy Stats and some Abnormal Psy stuff today. Follow Jon to Phonetec to collect his fone. Know its a bit late now to notify everyone..but yeah..Jon has been using my Three fone for the past 2 weeks...so today finally can use back my new fone...come to think of it..it was in my possession for 2 weeks before Jon used it for 2 wks...hehz...
I had $75 credit in the fone which shld last for 30 days..so I need to use them all up before it gets swallowed up..hmm..but I dun even know how to check how much balance I have left..argh..shall call Three and ask..
Jon just called..He dropped by from soccer to pass me Starfruit Blended Ice from Bubble Tea. THANK U BABY...! Have been suffering frm a very bad throat since yesterday..and while on the way to Nunawading to collect fone in the late afternoon..felt like Im falling sick... and yeah, Starfruit blended ice is one of the best cure for my sore throat tat I can possibly find in Auz. Normally in Sg, I will buy myself Starfruit Juice to sooth my throat..
Made myself porridge today..craved for it since yesterday when I started feeling sick...added luncheon meat, and had pickled veggies and diced fish to go with it...simple and fulfilling meal..am missing my Mum's cooking so much...cos I have been eating very unhealthy food for the past dunno-how-many days..all instant noodles' fault...now I need proper food man...

Dun think I wld ever wanna make the effort to try out recipes for cakes. Im just too lazy for that. Thank god ppl came up with the great idea of cake mix.

"So came back to Clayton, grabbed my notes from home, and came to the lib to study with Jon. Graham was here too. In the West Reading Room till 9, b4 we were chased away, and had to come to Annexe. Booked a room, and Jon is 'obediently' studying inside. Haha. Last paper for him tomorrow. Sigh. I still have to mug for another 8 days. Help~~
Last ever chance to study with my Baby in the lib. No more studying with him anymore, cos he's gonna graduate this sem. Sigh. No more baby next sem in Auz with me. :("

Titled: Crown at Night
"Finally get to go Crown with Jon. Nope, I dun usually go Crown Casino to gamble, but to watch movies and do my shopping. Hehz :P And stimes to enjoy the heat emitted by the fire that gets blown out of the pillars lining up the Yarra River, admiring the beauty of Melbourne’s nightlife.
Was bored by studying and so decided to go somewhere further than the frequently patronized Glen / Clayton. Sianz :p Suggested to Jon to go Crown, and so there we were, indulging ourselves with the Australian cuisine at King’s Buffet where we had only 40 mins left before it has to closed.
First time at the Buffet restaurant at Crown. Have always wanted to try the buffet, but not such opportunities till that night. Not too bad. Had my worth of $12.90, I think, with 4 pcs of fish, some Thai bee hoon, dim sims, chicken, desserts, and my favourite fruit of all time – watermelon. Haha.
Thereafter, we adjourned to the casino, where I wanted to try my luck at the jackpot. Changed $2 worth of tokens. Yeah. Only $2. Dun wanna get addicted man. Haha. Highest we managed to win is $7 plus. But of cos, ultimately, we were left with nothing, cos we decided to cont trying our luck, and so yeah, lost all my 2 bucks. But it was fun anyway. My 1st attempt at gambling in Melbourne. After 2 and a half yrs. :p
Walked around the shops, but FCUK was oredi closed by then. Man. Can’t wait for exams to finish before I can lay my hands on those clothes. I just craved for shopping. Since long time ago. Can’t rem when was the last time I had my fair share of shopping done at my own leisure. Sigh. I dun care. I m gonna go Chapel, Smith, Bridge, City, Factory outlet after exams!

"Finally got to go Chapel. Think the last time I went there to do my shopping was with Josh after exams last semester. That is long man.
Anyway. Reached Chapel at abt 3 yesterday. Can't believe how ppl can stare and sneer at a poor driver trying to parallel park. For god's sake, there is no power steering. U try parking that way huh.
So gave up that lot and parked at the multi-storey car-park near Jam factory instead. Headed off to SportsGirl straight away. Tried on 'The Gorgeous' the jeans, and I love it~~ Can't believe I can actually squeeze into a size 8 with my stout legs. Haha. But that was a moral booster nevertheless. :D
Wanted to buy the pair of maroon slippers too, but they ran out of size 7. I dun care. Am gonna get it frm other SportsGirl regardless. That's the kindda slippers I have been looking for since ages ago, until I saw Alvina wearing it. Haha.
Din buy anything from SportsGirl in the end. Tot I mgt wanna shop ard first b4 making any impulsive decisions, like I always do. Hehz :p. Anyway, SportsGirl outlets are everywhere, aren't they....
Lollita has a sale on, with a 20% off everything in store...so I tried on this pair of black pants and a sleeveless green top. Love the black pants, but its a bloody $72 even after discount...hmm..contemplated for a while and finally decided to get only the top for a mere $20. Got a brown one at the end thou. yay :)
Jon tried on a few pair of jeans as well. but no luck in finding a satisfactory pair. either the pricing is too steep, or the cut / colour doesnt look nice...hmmm..i tot only gals have a prob of finding themselves a suitable pair of jeans.
Met Chai on the way...Man, i think he lost weight...but he defended by saying when has he ever gained weight..hmm, that I'm not sure abt that thou..hehz..

'Dinner' at this fast food Chicken place at 4pm...and adjourned to Jam factory to reward ourselves with a movie..hmm..'reward'? its more like punishment..hahah, besides having to spend money, the ending of the show was a big disappointment for me! Was praying during the middle of the show that that wldnt be the ending, but I was wrong. Sigh. Disppointment.

Oh ya ya ya. How can I forget. If that wasnt a scam that we encountered, Jon and I will be getting a new Three LG phone on Tues!!!
While walking towards the cinema in Jam, 2 guys dressed inThree polo shirts approached us, and pitched to us this promotion of Three plan. Free $1500 credit for the 1st 3 mths, which includes all calling, sms, and internet surfing charges. On top of that, we get a free and unlocked latest LG phone for free. Which means, I get to bring it back to Sg to use durng the hols without having to pay an unlocking fee...Fabulous deal isnt it...
But of cos everything sounded extremely dodgy..in fact, it seemed like a scam..I mean, if that is true, why wld they have to spend so much efforts into persuading ppl to sign up with them? And what do they have to gain out of it? Or more importantly, will we lose anything?
All that we had to do was to fill up the form, and give them our license no, and bank acct no for security reasons.
Ok, call me a typical Singaporean or wadever. The promise of a new, unlocked fone is simply too enticing. Have always wanted to bring a new fone back to Sg and use, and it seemed as if that was the opportunity. Wanted the Sony Ericsson one, but they dun have it.
But thinking from another perspective, what can we lose out of it? They prolly cant do much with my license no I guess. And for my bank acct details, I regret giving them my DBS debit card no, but cos I cldnt rem my Commonwealth BSB and acct no, I had to give them the DBS one...But like the guy said, they can't do anything without the nos behind the debit card oso...true...
The only worry we have is that, it mgt be on a plan, and we mgt even need to pay for the fone. They mgt deceive us by saying that there is no plan at all. hm. But anyway, once we get the fone on Tues, will immediately call Three up, and clarify all matters.
Poor Jon. He got influenced by me, and eventually submitted himself to the lure of the deal as well. He was contemplating abt the whole incident the whole night! Feel so bad. We both did Consumer Behaviour, and therefore shld know how influential frens can be at the moment of purchase. But yet, we both fell for it. Oops. Mayb I shldnt be using 'fell for it' since everything is not cfmed yet. Not known if its a scam..

Jon tot it was cheese, but when we asked the waiter, he said there wasnt any cheese in it at all. But I din liek it at all. And Jon cant take it cos he's on a diet. So I got myself my all-time fav - Mars Bar cake, and finally manage to indulge myself in food.
Headed home after that, and was dead tired, considerng that I woke up at 7 in the day. Moreover, my slight headache made me fall into a dead coma almost instantenously. Hehz ;p
And that, ended my relatively productive day of shopping"

Gals gained free entry, so din pay for anything except for my jacket, which I cld have saved the 3 bucks, cos Jon's fren was working there. But I paid to another gal before Jon saw his fren, so I had to waste $3.
Going Camberwell with Oaky and Gerard tmr at 10 am..and its oredi 3:38 am now...how to wake up on time....? hmm...
